Grove of Ulan-Tan is a Lost Sector in Echo Mesa, Io. It is guarded by Qeldron, Keeper.
Points of Interest
The Exotic quest, The Whisper, takes place in Grove of Ulan-Tan in an area that is normally not accessible to players unless they are in the quest. The area contains jumping puzzles and Taken enemies and bosses to fight which ultimately rewards Whisper of the Worm, the third incarnation of the Black Hammer, with the second known as the Black Spindle. The quest will only be available from Friday 10AM PDT to Monday 10AM PDT and the quest may be replayed through its Heroic version after completing it once. The Heroic version of the quest grants the Exotic Catalyst for Whisper of the Worm and five chests can be found throughout the area which grants an item called Blighted Essence to progress the catalyst, a hidden sixth chest can be found through an Oracle puzzle which is supposed to be a nod to the original Vault of Glass raid's rumored seventh chest.
Since the area in-game is still listed as Grove of Ulan-Tan, this theoretically makes said Lost Sector the largest Lost Sector to date.
