Goblins are a cannon-fodder type enemy. They attack from range with low-level projectile weaponry, and do not charge their enemies unless they have gone "berserk". Goblins attack in swarms upwards of six, averaging around groups of ten and usually serve as a frontal diversion for a stronger, flanking opponent such as a [[Cyclops]] or a pair of [[Harpy|Harpies]]. Headshots to a Goblin will cause its cranium to explode and for the Goblin to go berserk. The body of the Goblin charges at it's foe with visual electricity coursing across it's body, and will attempt to melee the adversary.

The real weakness of a Goblin is in its abdomen/lower stomach region where its most important organs are house. This is best shown in a cutscene, where a weakened Goblin is stomped upon.
