The Gift Mast was a megastructure built by the Traveler around the black hole at the center of the Harmony's solar system. The Gift Mast is said to have created a 'sting', presumably a weapon. However, this was not enough for the Harmony to defeat the Hive, and the Harmony were exterminated by the onrushing forces of Oryx the Taken King.
