Valus Bresk, BrayTech Scourge is one of Primus Lho'tam's most trusted lieutenants and secondary commander of the Cerulean Solace subdivision of the Neon Wraiths. With the help of his superior, he would achieve infamy following a successful raid on an old Clovis Bray blacksite where he would personally hijack the facility's security and would fashion mechanical limbs out of the scrap he claimed there for those he lost in the attack. Since then, he has loyally followed his Primus and helped her achieved self-proclaimed godhood. He would be briefly encountered in a Guardian investigation at the Deep Stone Crypt, where he would be pulling schematics and security protocols for the Silent Spire. He would be encountered again at the Spire, where he would be faced as the second boss of the Long Slow Whisper Raid.
