The Pyromaniac is a Fallen Baron of Castris's Criminal Empire infamous for his arsenal of flame based weaponry and prevalent sadism. Not much is known about his previous life as he has never once spoken, though it is inferred he was once affiliated with the House of Exile from the appearance of his armor and curious fire-based arsenal and is known for his menacing aura and horrifying silent manner, only ever revealing his voice in sadistic laughter.
