The High Psychopomp is a highly advanced Vex Axis Mind created by the Vex Collective to oversee the Vex domain and make decisions on hot to best protect them. Overtime, however, it determined the Vex would not survive the Witness and its forces unless they temporarily allied with or, at the least, supported the Guardian. Approximating that the collective would never allow it, the High Psychopomp would adapt and understand human language to best communicate with the Guardian and would arrange a meeting with them to further approximate their odds against the Witness. It serves as the final boss of the Watcher's Archive Dungeon.
