Primus Lho'tam is a highly esteemed Primus of the Neon Wraiths and a member of Dominus Xaruun's inner circle. She leads the prestigious and widely feared Cerulean Solace research subdivision responsible for field testing and splicing hostile weaponry and tech into their own. Following the death of Bracus Paraquos, Lho'tam would usurp the mantle of head researcher for the Neon Wraiths. After a covert expedition to the Deep Stone Crypt, she would upload her consciousness into an Exo body of her own and, in the process, would discover the Long Slow Whisper. Following the discovery of the Whisper, she and her battalion begin efforts to hunt down the mysterious power's housed location before finally finding it at the long buried Silent Spire under Europa's surface.
