Dread Hunter is a Legendary Rocket launcher that can be acquired from the Gourmand's Terror Gambit Pinnacle Quest.

Acquisition

Much like other Gambit Pinnacle Weapon Quests, this quest requires players to complete various objectives in Gambit and Gambit Prime. These objectives include:

• Deposit 300 total Motes in any Gambit playlist.
• Defeat 1000 enemies with explosives. Rocket Launcher and Guardian kills grants significant progress. Multi-Kills will increase the multiplier at the time. Death removes the multiplier.
• Defeat 20 Primevals in any Gambit playlist.

Column 1

• Aggressive Frame - High Damage, High Recoil

Column 2

• Linear Compensator - This weapon's launch barrel is well-balanced. Slightly increases projectile speed, blast radius and stability.

Column 3

• Black Powder - This weapon's explosives are more effective. Slightly increases blast radius, decreases stability.

Column 4

• Fathomless Dread - The Dread Hunter will coat the impact site in a debilitating substance, weakening all enemies caught in the blast radius will become more susceptible to damage. Briefly mitigates all abilities. Direct hits can stun Overload Champions.

Column 5

• Separation Bomb - The Dread Hunter's explosion is weaker, but creates a massive puddle that applies the Fathomless Dread debuff on all enemies who pass through it.
