The power to [[Take]], a power he felt would grant him an immense boost in abilities and level the playing field for him to begin to make some headway on his war against the worm Gods. With then taken care of and out the picture for the time being he could begin his search for the perfect clandestine operation to bring about his plans. The first order of business was developing a HQ Where they could safely operate from the prying eyes of others. A stationary headquarters would make it easier for enemies to crash upon him and ruin everything.
