Fallen High Security Officer is a Major Fallen Captain overseeing the defenses of the Engineering Sector on board Seraph Station. They are encountered in the Operation: Seraph's Shield Exotic Mission, and must be killed so you can take their Nexus Keycard and gain access to west quadrant, where the first boss fight takes place.[1]
