Overview
An Elite is a special type of enemy that was introduced in Destiny 2. They take the position which D1 Majors had, with Majors becoming akin to mini-bosses. Elites are usually distinct from the rest of their fellow allies by a either a white/silver coloration to their armor, (example: the Honored Colossus and Resilient Captain have a white/silver variation.) Elites rarely have no visual distinction outside of having different names and health bars. Their health bars are their most notable feature, being colored orange instead of red like other enemies. Some Elites may have unique items or abilities when compared to their non-Elite counterparts. Elites generally have larger health-bars than their counterparts, being noted for their increased durability,
