The Echo of Riis is one of several paracausal artifacts known as Echoes that were released from within the Traveler following the destruction of the Witness. It was created specifically from the memories of an unnamed Eliksni singer of Riis.[1][2] Under Fikrul, he is capable of turning living Eliksni into Revenant Scorn.
