Cutthroat Captains are Major Fallen Captains belonging to the pirate crews that are encountered at the beginning of the Ketchcrash activity. They take part in the assault on the Spider's Ketch, where one of them will lead boarding parties to plunder your ship during the Cannon Accelerator round.[1]
