Crow (device)

Crows are surveillance devices utilized by Uldren Sov. While mechanical, they more or less conform to the bird of their namesake, possessing feathered wings that are as sleek and black as their body, and which function as visual and auditory sensors. They are small enough to be carried by an Awoken.

Crows are capable of speech, and appear to be controlled by an AI, allegiance to Sov being hardwired into them. Each crow is equipped with a warp capsule.

Trivia

• The crows, as mentioned in the "Queen's Brother" Ghost fragment, are not to be confused with the Prince's intelligence network, also known as the Crows. The distinction is the fact that the organization's name is a proper noun (ie: capitalized), whereas the monitoring device's is not.
