Collective Obligation is a Exotic Void Pulse Rifle. It is acquired as a random drop from the Vow of the Disciple raid.

The weapon leeches Void debuffs when damaging targets that are suppressed, weakened, or volatile. Once charged, hold your reload key to swap firing modes. In this mode, damage from this weapon applies the same Void debuffs that were leeched.
