Blistered Ogres are a more powerful, Major variant of the Hive Ogre. They were first introduced in The Witch Queen expansion as part of the Lucent Brood,^[1] featuring in Legendary Campaign Missions, as well as the PsiOps Battlegrounds activity.^[2] In Season of Plunder, the Major Hidden Swarm Ogres found in the Necropolis encounter of the Pit of Heresy Dungeon were renamed to Blistered Ogres.^[3]
