The Betrayer is the ninth mission in Paradox. The Guardian is sent to investigate a skirmish in the Tangled Shore between the Stygian Brood and the Shadow Swarm.

Objectives[edit]

  • Investigate the Hive activity
  • Fight off the Shadow Army
  • Cross the barrier
  • Rendezvous with Viznoor
  • Pursue Ahnkra
  • Stop Ahnkra

  • GHOST: According to Joskaa's reports, the next ally we're looking for is Viznoor’s Stygian Brood. For strange reasons, there have been multiple developments across the Reef, along with a surge of Stygian Brood activity. Although the Awoken scouts listed them as some sort of anomalies, the House of Lions knew that Kirito brought the Shadow Army there as part of his diabolical plan to destroy our City... but don't worry. We won't let him and the Shadowkeepers do that.
