I'm not sure why these two are named this way, especially Derealize being named that despite the fact every other exotic mission is just the name. "The Dread" is in the same vein, the pages for Hive, Taken, Fallen, etc. are not called "The Hive", "The Taken", or "The Fallen". Flames of frost (talk) 02:10, June 4, 2026 (UTC)

Exotic Mission "Derealize" is how it was titled when it was released in Episode: Heresy, similar to story missions that start with mission (Mission: Jailbreak, Mission: The Invitation, etc.) I understand that it is odd compared to other missions, but that's how they were tilted in-game and we try to be as accurate as possible. As for the Dread, I don't really have a counter for that. Stioceon, Creative Mind (talk) 9:50, June 4, 2026 (GMT)

The Dread are referred to by the Devs as The Dread. Idk if they are referred to that way in game. But I know the Devs called them that during development. (As shown in streams and what not). Wouldn't them being called "the dread" just be because of grammar? If you were to ask them "what are the creatures that Oryx created with his power" they would normally say "The Taken" and not "Taken". 'The' is being used to describe them being a group, not being a part of their actual name Flames of frost (talk) 03:57, June 5, 2026 (UTC)

Fair enough, I like the idea of using redirects as some people will want it kept as it is currently. Mirror Zero (Icon).png Mirror Zero (contribs)Fan Fiction (CompendiumLocationsStory) 11:12, June 5, 2026 (UTC)
