Operants for Bael are a type of Major Psion found only in the Spinter Legion, added in The Splinter Leigon. They can be found in many major Splinter Legion operations and three can be found in the Splinter's Furnace while Patrolling the Meridian Bay, killing which will cause the Roaming Splinter to spawn. When one is present, they are usually accompanied by three to five other psions.
