Karthrak, Fortification Captain is a high ranking and well respected member of the Anarchy's Children sub-division of the Jackal Syndicate. A former Baron of the House of Winter well known for his handiwork in defense coordination, he would abandon the House following the death of Draksis and, eventually, land a position with the militaristic Fallen organization. He is one of the commanders in charge of the Gefion Vault Heist within the ruins of the DC Infested Zone and the second boss of the Vault Gefion Heist Dungeon.
