To an extent. I've added text in the spirit of "New Monarchy claims jurisdiction," but whether they actually have it is iffy (as far as I can tell). Factions being factions, they don't necessarily speak for the whole, even if they think they do (unless there's impartial evidence to the contrary).--Hawki (talk) 18:27, 25 June 2014 (EDT)
